Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Commuter, Premio and Luxury?

All three are rented with a driver per 12 hours. Commuter is the standard group van, Premio adds cabin comfort, and Luxury uses captain seats for VIP guests. Exact interior layouts are confirmed at booking.

What are the rates?

Per 12 hours: Commuter IDR 1,200,000, Premio IDR 1,400,000, Luxury IDR 2,200,000. Vehicle, driver and fuel included.

What is not included?

Parking, tolls, attraction tickets and driver meals, settled on the road and agreed transparently before your trip.

What if we run past 12 hours?

Overtime is 10% of the daily rate per additional hour, counted from the agreed pick-up time.

Can you pick us up at YIA airport?

Yes. Our base in Sentolo, Kulon Progo sits on the direct route to Yogyakarta International Airport: early-morning and late-night flights are routine for us.

How do booking and payment work?

Book via WhatsApp with your dates, headcount and destination. A 30% down payment secures the unit; the balance is due on the pick-up day.
